Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Amy Arnold, M.S.Ed. earned her B.S. from the University of South Florida in 1994. She was a member of Golden Key Honors Society. Mrs. Arnold earned her M.S. in 2006 in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. In 2009, she co-founded The Monarch School in Lakeland, Fl.  Currently enrolled at USF towards a Ph.D., she is also a published author of the series, Adventures in Autism.

CFO and Middle/High Director, Misty Reed, has extensive experience in administration and finance. As a co-founder of The Monarch School, her contributions to the development of the school have led to a strong financial base for the school. Miss Ashley Kimes, MSSC received her AA from Polk Community College, BS in Psychology from Southeastern University, and MS in school counseling from Southeastern University. She is a certified CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention trainer, a member of Sigma Chi Pi, Psi Chi, and Alpha Chi, and was the recipient of the Outstanding Master’s in School Counseling Student award upon completing her program. She also belongs to both the Florida School Counselor Association and the American School Counselor Association.
